Cooking as a therapy: To me personally, cooking is more of a therapy than a regular activity. Every time I cook my favorite food, I feel so happy and peaceful. Cooking has been the best medicine for all my stressful days. Today, after my first exam, I felt that I should do something to make my mind calm. I just tried making lunch for my family; it's not like a usual day lunch, but I tried something different, and I ended up with the menu for the lunch. The menu for lunch is Mutton Biriyani, Chicken 65, Egg Masala, Raitha, and Brinjal Gravy. When I started, I thought I could not make it all by myself, but I made it possible, and my mom helped me in making it, and after I cooked, everyone was hungry already. They all tasted my biryani and other recipes; they all loved eating the food that I cooked, which made me so happy, and it's what I needed. Cooking is my favorite part, and if I really like someone, I will cook for them, which is my way of showing my love, and today was the happiest day for me because I cooked my favorite dishes for my favorite people, and they enjoyed it completely, which made me feel so happy. Do try to cook and see the happy feeling in you. Cooking is never gender-based, and everyone can cook food for their loved ones. Cooking is a therapy to me, and do comment on your favorite dish.
