Speak up
Speak up, when you feel something is hurting you or when something doesn't feel okay, do speak up because if u don't speak how you feel later your emotions are bottled up later it can burst out at any time, your emotions are like a timer bomb which keeps ticking it's clock continuously which might lead you to face alot of problems and might also make you feel depressed at times. The moment you feel it's not okay immediately stop them at that moment and say them what you feel is not right about their conversation, today we tend to find people who feel that they cannot address their emotions and if they do so then they will be alone or the relationship that they hold now will currently end up and this insecurities is what makes them to tolerate things, one advise is that if people don't understand your emotions and if they ready to break your relationship just because you pointed out their mistake then the bond is actually a flaw and you were not in the right relationship so it's better to skip that relationship and if people agree and make an effort to do what is wanted then yes you are in the right relationship, the moment you feel it's right to talk then please do talk to the person openly on how it feels and never suppress your feelings just because someone will be hurt and your most important being to yourself so speak up when you have to and that will give you peace.
