Observing is the best quality

Observing is the best quality, we all must listen to people while they speak and also the ability to observe people who is taking to you, beyond the words observe the actions, their mood while talking, their intentions. Our professor gave us this advice to us because it's an important quality to analyse a person who communicate to us. The three qualities to include while you observe are expression, voice and gesture. 

Expression:
How well they expression, whether they are open out their thoughts or hiding something behind, and how well they are able to speak up is what expression is all about.

Voice:
Voice, which is how they speak?, Are they nervous?, and tone on which they speak also matters. Analyse this factor of observation which will help you communicate better by knowing their side.

Gesture:
Gesture is also an important quality because the gesture of a person shows us how confident they are, how well they express their thoughts and through gesture you can understand the intention of the person.

By applying these three elements you are a good observer and you will know how to communicate better too. Do apply and observe people by following the elements.

Today I am very excited, do you know why it's because of my secret Santa, who gave me alot memorable gift that can never be told in words, but still I attempt to say about it in my blog today.
