Mental health

Mental health, the most required factor of today generation. We find people having alot mental health issues which results in losing their ability to think and make decisions in their life and also they tend to be away from people and this makes one feel uncomfortable and also experience insecurities, lack of emotional stability, highly sensitive, they go into trauma, stress and depression. 

Today society where young generation go through alot of unsaid feelings and thoughts, the most important thing is that they hide their problems, thoughts and feelings even to their parents, they don't trust and isolating them  from the real world is what they feel is their own solution to their problems. There are solutions to bring them from this and give them good healthy environment and a good mental health.

The first and foremost step is to allow them to express their feelings openly and never using those confession during an argument is also important, by this we know their pain points which can be solved by solutions. 

The second is to be there safespace, non judgemental zone and a therapist to all their problems which will give them strength to fight any battles in their life.

The third is to know about their actions than words, closely monitor their actions and if you feel something is not okay ask them if they feel that they need space give them but never ever leave them alone keep telling them that your with them and keep reassurance stable.

When you follow these three steps, you can find good mental health for the people around you and also be kind to them because we still don't know the complete story maybe we know the paths of struggles but we never knew how hard it was to comeover it, stay kind always. Meet you in the next blog.
