The art of saying "No"
The art of saying "No", we all find it tough to say no and we tend to follow everything that is said by some random people or in other way we do something that we don't like just to make someone in our life happy, but we forget it would affect us later. The art of saying no can avoid various problems in your life and help you get better by doing what you like.
No is so tough for many of us because we tend to ask questions to our brain like whether it would hurt them, or make them feel disappointed or will they leave us if we say no or thinking that only we can do it for them and thats the reason they ask us, when all of us tend to question ourselves but we never felt to ask questions on how it will affect us if we don't say no, so the next time when you don't feel happy doing something then be bold enough to say no and never make yourself to feel comfortable or available when you are uncomfortable or unavailable. Saying no is your right, try learning to say no when you feel not okay about something or someone.
For instance at many situations I have said no that saved me from getting into problems and many times I refused to say no that added my tough situation and made me feel so easy going and they tend to think I will do something without saying no but one way it's good but at many ways it leads you to feel low about yourself and being easily available for people questions your worth, so say no when you can't do something and stop yourself from doing something to someone when your busy with many works, this will give you peace in your life and self respect and self worth.
To conclude, it maybe uneasy to say no but it's necessary to say no in places to feel peaceful and comfortable by your decision and it also improve your self time and self worth.
