Taste your words before you spill them out because when you once utter a word to someone and that cannot be taken back, words can be hurtful and your words can repeat in someone's brain for several times, all these quotes are heard but never practiced, I wish that people could practice this so that no one will face any sort of depression in their life. 

Why words hurt people so much because a word can be just a word till the moment it's in your brain but the moment you say it then it's a confession of your emotions, learn to think twice before you speak or confession something to someone because your words can create stress, hurt and lead to depression which will create a gap between you the person. Learn to speak of kindness and the way you speak should be a healing to someone and never push them to stress. And I have seen people who speak kind to the unkind ones which made me learn their kindness and I genuinely felt it's good to speak of goodness so that we are no longer a reason for someone's stress. 

Words are both positive and negative, positive because your words can heal someone when they feel not good about the day, so at this moment your word of goodness can heal them from what they are going through. Words like everything is okay, I am there for you, this too shall pass, you will okay soon, healing is in progress are few words which can bring back someone from the life that they are going through, your just giving them a energy on their tough days. Negative words on other hand is something that can leave them to face something that they don't deserve and make sure to think before you saying a word that can actually have deeper wounds, untold pain, recollection of their tough times and some lose their days in sadness too, so negative words must be avoided no matter what the situation is just know that they also are going through something that is quite abnormal in their life. Act kind and taste your words before you spill them out.

Learn to see the reflection of your words. That is, what if someone would have told you the word and how it will make you feel. When you see your words as something that can heal and hurt at the same time you will never spill your words unnecessary and focus more before you utter a word and that makes your life beautiful and you are making someone to feel secured by your words and you never been a reason to anyone's sadness that is much needed in your life, be kind in your words and in your actions.
