Stay Strong, don't break

Stay Strong, don't break - how many of us heard this phrase in our life ?? If you were one who have heard this phrase I hope you will not just read it as blog but it can make you to revisit the moments of life on how strong your and how well you handled all your situations. What do you think of being strong ? Is it being strong in your thoughts, beliefs and your decisions and having a good emotional strength, yes ur right but we all forget this one thing that is having to break out your emotions at a personal space to have strength to stay strong at public which is also a sign of being strong.

We all have heard and saw women or men who were strong in their life and that does mean that they were born a warrior, it's about how situation have made them to realise about their strength and ofcourse they were also once a person who was broken and they were once a person with emotional instability and people with alot hidden sorrows but now they are said strong because they fought against things that made them feel difficult and the moment they changed all their weakness to treasured strength is what made us to see them as strong beings of life. Every thing that test your patience is an opportunity to get stronger than usual and never react to situations just reply with a solution and trust that you can overcome anything because your strong enough to handle everything. 

How you can be Strong ? Strong can be mental and physical, the most important is mental strength because when you are mentally well your physical body will have a good strength, mental strength is developed when you have the tendency to accept things the way it is and also never keep your emotions attached to something or someone, emotional connection can create happiness and prosperity but at the same time it can also develop mental stress and trauma to your life which will kill your strength and make you feel emotionally and mentally drained, never ever feel something to be yours because you own nothing or no one in your life, the only thing you can call it yours is you, your education, your dream, you goals and your passion is only yours and other things are considered to be others, just remind your brain next time when you say it's yours to change it to others. Don't adjust too much, when you feel your not okay with something you can address it to them immediately because your peace is important to you and never say excuses which will make you weak, learn everything and never say I can't and try saying I will give my best, never depend on anyone too much learn to live without support and never ever stop building yourself, and try to handle situation without getting emotionally weak, if you do follow these expectations most of your peace is saved and your are strong enough to handle things. 

Stay Strong in all situations and if you need to cry out it's okay to do so and crying is never a weakness but do cry at a personal space because we have people who will use your emotions as their play cards, so be strong at all times, everything will change and give life its time to heal you.
