Mishti Doi


Mishti Doi, the new dessert that I tried after a conversation with Rufus sir about this particular dessert, he told me about it's flavour the way it taste and I just want to give it a try, seriously it's so tasty and delicious and the people who love curd can try this because it's a dessert made out of curd and I personally loved the taste so much and I want you to atleast give it a try,  the dessert is a combination of curd, caramel, milk peda and it's so tasty that I wanted to get one more to eat and I guess curd hater cannot try because it has a curd smell and flavour of curd but you can also give it a try if you like caramel flavour. I really felt so tempted by the way sir and our junior girl explained the taste of the mishti doi and wanted atleast to try it once but had to wait for few weeks because I had my exams then I tried it today and mishti doi felt heaven to me and I hope you can also give it a try and I am sure you like it. 
Mishti Doi can be made in home because I read the ingredients which are so simple ingredients and if I make it the exact way that it taste like the mishti doi that I ate today then will make a blog post for the recipe of mishti doi. Today I am very excited, do you know why it's because of my secret Santa, who gave me alot memorable gift that can never be told in words, but still I attempt to say about it in my blog today.
