Habits that brings change to life and those habits will help you to stay healthy, calm, energetic and also make the better version of your which you have never thought. This will bring a wide change in your life and also help you build better each day and grow both personally and professionally.

The first and foremost is to wake up early in the morning, when I say this you would have thought me as a boomer but it's okay because I too felt the same when I heard it for the first time from my parents but now waking up early gave me energy that brings change to my daily routine, when you wake up in the morning and see the sun rise you will feel a good positive start to the day. The sun seems to feel like someone is boosting energy to survive the whole day. So try to wake up early in the morning and see the change by yourself.

The next habit to include is that meditation which will calm your mind and soul, helps in fresh start to the morning and help you stay away from stress, anger and help you focus better. Meditate atleast 50 minutes daily to feel change in your life. Just a breath in and a breath out will create miracles in your life. Trust me you will find a great change.

The next habit to develop is walking which will heal your physical and mental health and also make you feel peace and energetic, reduce stress and walking with nature and song is pure bliss, just give it a try and you will feel the difference. 

The next habit to develop is making plans and execution of those plans will help you learn responsibility and make you a well organised person. Focusing on your goals and working towards them requires the pre-planning habit, so do develop this skill of planning and allocation of time for that particular thing.

The next habit is that self care, how many of us do that ?. We are so consent about others and we take time to care about them but fail to know that we too deserve care, so start focusing on yourself a little extra from today onwards. Let's care a little more for us to feel that we are cared too. 

The next habit is to write and read, we all think that writing and reading are academically but it's something that is needed in our day to day life, reading books can help you to develop knowledge about something new and keeps your brain young and strong. Reading newspapers daily will bring general knowledge and also develop your academic perfection. Writing on other hand is a therapy where you can write about something that is in your mind and putting them to paper will give you peace and protect your brain from unnecessary thoughts and can also control overthinking.

Here are few habits that will help you to feel good change in your life and also make you the best version of yourself and all your hidden talents will showcase and your talent will be staged if your consistent about above these habits.
