Be a listener than a speaker because when you start to listen, you not only learn a skill but you gain respect about others feelings, in the world of busy schedules if we are able to listen to people on their daily updates, their feelings, untold worries then you have all qualities of being a listener. Listening is a skill and to develop it you need to have patience with people. Whenever you speak something make sure you listen to what is asked and then answer the question, if you do this then your are a perfect listener because you are able to answer perfectly and on point to the questions asked.
Listening can enrich your knowledge about life, academics, philosophy and many other factors, where you will find a learner in you is growing up. Listening is more wanted for many people in this world, we all want someone to hear to our worries, our stressful thoughts and listening to people will actually give them a person who can just heal them by listening to what they are going through, it will also give them an other level of energy to live, when we let out our worries 50% of our worries are healed. Listen to what someone wants to say no matter even it's boring, your listening can make them feel valued of their thoughts and you are creating a safe space to people by just listening.
How can you improve listening skills, when you listen think that you are going to apply one way or other to your life, we find active listener are those who succeed in their life. Listening requires concentration where you will find yourself at a better space where you analysis skill improves when you listen and then differentiate your thoughts with the speakers thoughts you might even get alot of new ideology, meditation can improve concentration which ultimately make you a good listener.
