Stress
Stress, the most heard word of this generation. Why stress ? Why not peace ? Are the questions that my brain often ask. I have listened to many people about their stress and whenever I analyse the reason behind their stress is lack of emotional balance and pulling themselves to face stress even with the simplest things. Stress is used as an excuse at times. We all have problem in our life but we must also have the ability to slove a problem. Stress can be ignored when you have the ability to analyse and resolve the problem in earlier stage.
Steps to ignore stress, the first and foremost to know the reason why you meet the stage of stress, when you find the reason then try to resolve it immediately without meeting the next stage. All problems does not require your solution, so try to push yourself away from getting stressed unnecessarily. The moment you feel something is pulling you to feel bad then question yourself whether it's worth to think about, if the answer is no then ignore it and if it's yes then find a solution and never make decisions when your emotional not stable. Think twice before you make a decision so that you can avoid stressful situations.
Ways to feel stress free, go on long walks with nature and never think of anything at that moment and avoid using your mobile phone during your walk, just feel the breeze and go for a walk. The next is to listen to music that heals you and never listen to songs that make you feel your pain, choose your music wisely. Next is to meditate, this is the best option to calm your brain and your soul which creates emotional stability, increases positivity and also will keep your physical and mental health at a good state. Next is to avoid people who speak of negativity and who make you feel stressed or make you question your worth, have conversations with people who speak of goodness and who spreads positivity in your life. These are the simplest ways were you feel stressless. If you can't handle stress even after all these methods then you must visit psychiatrist who could help you out from your stressful life by giving you counselling.
Stress is something which we all face nowadays but upto my knowledge it's because we have lost in touch with nature and communication with our beloved family and our focus is turned to social media, reels in Instagram, and many other sources of technology is what creates stress in one way and nowadays people are corrupted emotionally. Few words are not found in this Genz culture like kindness, loyalty, honesty, love, care, and many qualities are missing and there are also few people who have qualities in Genz but many don't.
Stress can be reduced and it just requires your efforts and do make efforts to feel stressless.
